These Terms govern your purchase and use of plainplan products. By completing a purchase you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

plainplan sells a printable wall planner delivered as a vector PDF file. The product is a digital download - no physical item is shipped.

2. Price and payment

The current price is displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by Gumroad, who acts as the merchant of record. Gumroad’s terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction itself.

3. Delivery

After successful payment you receive an email from Gumroad with a download link. The file is available immediately. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact marcel@uxcode.cz.

4. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Print the planner for your own personal or household use.
  • Print unlimited copies for yourself and members of your household.
  • Use the planner in a single office or workplace.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the file with anyone outside your household.
  • Use the planner for commercial printing services without a separate commercial license.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices in the file.

5. Refunds

Because the product is a digital file delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once the file has been downloaded.

7-day money-back guarantee: If the files do not work, contact us at marcel@uxcode.cz and you will receive a full refund. This is a voluntary contractual guarantee we offer on top of your statutory rights, which remain unaffected. For any other technical problem, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve it.

EU consumers: Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available immediately, provided you have given prior explicit consent and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal right. This consent is collected at checkout.

6. Intellectual property

The plainplan design, layout, and all content remain the intellectual property of Germanist, s.r.o. Purchasing a license does not transfer any ownership rights.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The product is provided “as is”. We make no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. Print results depend on your printer and paper - we are not responsible for print quality issues caused by hardware or settings outside our control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not affect the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, nor your right to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of that country.
