Germanist, s.r.o. (“we”, “us”) operates PlainPlan.co. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have under GDPR.
1. Who we are

2. Data we collect
- Purchase data: your email address, collected by our payment processor Lemon Squeezy when you buy. We receive your email to send you the download link and order confirmation.
- Payment data: card details are processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). We never store payment information.
- Usage data: anonymous analytics via Google Tag Manager (page views, session data). No personally identifiable information is tracked.
3. Legal basis
We process your email on the basis of contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) — to deliver your order. Analytics are processed under our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in improving the website.
4. Who we share data with
- Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and digital delivery. Acts as merchant of record and processes your purchase data under its own privacy policy.
- Google — anonymous analytics data only.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
5. Data retention
We retain order-related email addresses for as long as required by Czech accounting law (5 years). You may request earlier deletion where this does not conflict with legal obligations.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any right, email marcel@uxcode.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.cz).
7. Cookies
We use Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies for analytics purposes. No advertising or tracking cookies are used beyond anonymous analytics.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
