How it works

  1. Send us your brand

    Logo as SVG or high-res PNG, your brand color, the layout and the language you want. One short email to marcel@uxcode.cz is enough to start.

  2. We recolor it and add your logo

    The grid stays exactly as it is. A UX designer tunes the color system to your brand and places your logo. You pay up front; within 48 hours you get a first draft and one revision round.

  3. Print anywhere, any size

    You get vector PDFs for A3 to A0 and Letter to 32x48", plus JPGs for screens. Print one for the meeting room or a hundred for clients. Printing and delivery in the EU: quoted from 500 pieces.

Licensing, invoicing and VAT

  1. Print as many as you need

    The license covers unlimited printing for your company and for gifting to your clients and partners. Reselling the planner as your own product needs a separate license, just ask.

  2. Proper invoice

    Checkout runs through Gumroad, which issues an invoice with your company details and VAT ID. Inside the EU the reverse charge applies, so no VAT is added. Need a bank transfer or a purchase order instead? Say so and we invoice you directly.

  3. The files stay yours

    No subscription, no yearly fee, no expiry. Next year we only update the dates, at a reduced rate.

Common questions

How do we know what we are getting?

Download the free 2026 planner. That is the exact grid your branded version is built on, so you can print it and put it on a wall before you commission anything. The order is paid up front, and the first draft lands within 48 hours with one revision round included.

Can you change the layout?

No, and that is deliberate. The grid is the product: cell sizes, spacing and type are tuned so a whole year stays readable across a room and you can still write in it. What we change is the color system and your logo. If you need a different structure, that is a separate design project - ask and we will quote it.

Is there any plainplan branding on the calendar?

A small plainplan wordmark, set in your brand color so it sits with the design instead of against it. It is a credit, not a second logo: yours is the one that carries the sheet. If you would rather have it completely clean, we take ours off. No charge, just say so.

How fast is delivery?

48 hours from receiving your brand details, including one revision round. Rush delivery available on request.

What file formats do we get?

Vector PDF for print (razor-sharp from A3 to A0, Letter to 32x48") and JPG for screens. All files are yours to keep and reprint.

Will our print shop be happy with the files?

Yes. Fonts are outlined, so nothing shifts on their machine, and the vector PDF scales to any format they run. Need CMYK, bleed and crop marks for a large print run? Say so in the order and we prepare a press-ready version at no extra cost.

Can we order printed copies?

Print-ready files are always included, so any local copy shop or online poster service can print them same-day - handy when remote teams print locally. We also quote printing and delivery inside the EU from 500 pieces.

Which languages are available?

English (US & UK), German, French, Spanish and Czech with local holidays. Every order includes all of them, so offices in different countries get their own version of the same design. Other languages on request.

Do you offer discounts for several brands or agencies?

Ask. Multiple brands, client gifts and reseller licensing are quoted case by case - email us the scope and we will come back with a number.

What does licensing look like?

Unlimited prints for your company's internal use and client gifts. Reselling requires a separate license - ask us.
